• In person consultation 5-6 weeks out from the wedding to review every detail and go over your expectations for the day and month leading up to the wedding

• Communication with Vendors and Key family members from the start of the month mark

• Unlimited phone, text or email with your dedicated Planner during the last month of wedding planning

• Create and provide a master timeline for you and your vendors and key family members two weeks prior to the wedding

• Communication and follow up with vendors 10 days prior to the wedding

• Organization of remaining payments within the first week of taking over. Disbursement of any final payments on the day that are due

• Coordination of ceremony rehearsal prior to the wedding day

• Contact person for you, your vendors and key family members for up to 10 hours on your wedding day

• Day of management of all Ceremony and Reception details

• Collection of cards and gifts at the end of the night and stored as per your request

Add-on’s

• Monthly check in’s with you previous to month mark - providing advice and guidance during the planning process as well as contract review for any vendors you are looking to book

• Set up and Take down of wedding decor

• End of night supervision of vendor or family take down

• A custom wedding design tailored to you. Including florals, day of stationery, and all decor rentals and special features or installations

• Virtual Consultation 6-12 months out from wedding day to go over the look, feel and color pallet of your wedding

• Customized proposal with mood boards and two design options to choose from

• Sourcing and booking all vendors related to chosen design

• Arrangement of all rentals,florals, and stationery vendors leading up to your wedding and on the wedding day.

• Lead Designer on site on the day of the wedding to execute the vision and manage our team of design assistants

• Venue contact to arrange room layout, food and beverage logistics that are affected by decor choices, and providing all information regarding the design to venue the month before.

• Communication with your designer from the time of design to the execution of the event.

Please Note:

Set up and take down of the full wedding is included in the final proposal price and is based on the scope of work we will be executing on your wedding day.

Kindly note that our design service packages start at $1500 for a designer. Our starting budget for decor, floral and stationery is $7000 and goes up from there depending on your wedding decor and floral expectations. An initial $500 payment is required to book our services for design and that will begin the process of creating a moodboard and two proposals to choose from along with a detailed overview of the costs associated with your design.
